What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee
policy?
Executive Diamond Service believes in complete customer satisfaction. Our
30-day return policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase.
That's why you can be sure you made the right decision. If for any reason
you are not satisfied, you can return any item (without custom engraving, custom jewelry or special orders)
in its original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for a
refund or an exchange. It's that simple.
We
take great pride in the quality and workmanship of our merchandise and are
confident that upon receipt of your purchase, you will find it completely
matches your expectations. If, however, you decide to return your
purchase, we will gladly refund, replace or exchange
any unworn item within 30 days from the date of shipment.
Refunds will be in the original form of payment except for wire
transfers:
Credit card - credit will be issued back to the account used
Wire transfer, check - will be refunded via our company check
Custom work, special orders (including rings that have been charged an
extra charge for sizing), personalized or engraved items cannot be
returned unless there is an error on the part of Executive Diamonds.
Shipping and handling costs will be refunded only when the return is
necessary due to Executive Diamonds error, or when Executive Diamonds has
confirmed the merchandise is defective. If the item is defective or not as
ordered, the customer has the option of requesting a refund or an exchange
for the purchase. Executive Diamonds will provide service and repair to
any jewelry that it sells. Please contact your executive consultant if you
have any questions concerning repairs or alterations. Executive Diamonds
will not be responsible for any repairs or alterations made by any outside
party without the prior consent of Executive Diamonds. Any alteration made
without consent voids any warranties, including our 30 day refund policy.
No refunds will be made for any repair work done by a third party.

How do I prepare a return?
Executive Diamond Service offers its 30-day return period, as
long as everything is returned in its original condition and with all
contents. Every loose diamond purchased through Executive Diamond Service
is accompanied by its original diamond grading report, and all rings,
pendants, and bracelets are shipped in a wood lacquered box. We require
that these items are included in your return in the condition you received
them or a replacement fee will apply. Your account will be credited once
the package has been received and reviewed by our jewelry experts.
Executive Diamond Service will accept the return of new, undamaged
merchandise, in original condition, with the following provisions:
1. Obtain Return Authorization Code -
Prior to
returning any merchandise, please contact your executive consultant by
calling 1-8xx-xxx-xxxx, or send him an email to obtain a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. This number must be referenced on
paperwork accompanying your return, and must be clearly marked on the
outside of the shipping package.
2.
Repackage the Item as Securely as Possible - Repack your
item securely with the diamond certificate and all other materials in the
box we used to ship to you. Please ensure that the contents of the package
are in their original condition and secure within the box.
Should the
original materials not be included with the merchandise, the customer will
be charged a $150 replacement fee.
For
your security, please do not indicate the contents of the package on the
exterior of the box.
3.
Ship the Package -
The following 3 tasks are required for shipping returns: 1) The
package must be shipped via US Postal Service Registered Mail. 2)
The package must be insured for the full value of the diamond/jewelry. 3)
You must request a return receipt.
Note:
Executive Diamond Service is not responsible for any loss or damage that
occurs during shipping.
4.
Name and Address – For your protection, do not use
Executive
Diamond Service name on the outside of the package.
Please make sure that your name and address are clearly printed on the
outside of the package, and mail it to:

Once the package has been received and the contents inspected,
a refund will be issued by the means of the original payment (except for

How do I shop and order?
Every Executive Diamond
Service customer is a valued client and works directly with one of our
executives. We walk you through our exclusive INSIDER buying process. You
can either 1) complete our Selection Inquiry Form letting us know
where and how to contact you or you can call (800) XXX-XXXX to talk with
one of our executives. You get the convenience of an exclusive retail
jewelry store’s customer service (without the snobbery or hassles), yet at
the same time you get the benefit of pricing typically reserved for only
the largest on line companies. You win ob both counts!

What forms of payment do you
accept?
Exec Diamonds is a high touch company. Unlike other
online firms, one of our executives works directly with you so we do not
require you to give any sensitive information to us over the Internet.
We offer a number of payment methods to meet your needs. The preferred,
lease expensive and quickest is bank wire transfer.
We will provide you with
our
bank information for the transfer.
A bank wire is a direct transfer of
funds from your account to ours. You usually must visit a branch to sign
an authorization, and the charge is normally about $15. You simply provide
your bank with our routing and account information, and the transaction is
normally done within an hour or two.
You can also use a major credit card
over the phone such as Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover. If
you use a credit card we must charge you a surcharge of 2% of your
order to cover our cost from the credit card processors and card
companies.
You
can also pay by Personal check or Money order. If you choose to
send a Personal check, we will have to wait 7-10 business days until your
check has cleared before we can ship your order. PLEASE be sure that funds
are available, since our bank charges us a penalty for each NSF check,
which we will charge back to you. For your protection, we do not accept
cash for payment.

What is your warranty and return policy?
We offer a 30-day warranty against
manufacturer defect of the item. If you are not completely satisfied with
your purchase, you can return it within 30 days from receipt of the order
provided the item is in the same condition as it was received. No
questions will be asked and you will receive a complete refund of the
purchase price of the piece (excluding the shipping charges).

Can I see the diamond/ jewelry before
buying it?
We are exclusively an online retailer and that
is why you are able to buy like an Insider at such good prices. We are not
affiliated with any retail jewelry stores.

Do you charge sales tax?
Unless
your order is shipped to a
Virginia
address, we do not collect sales tax. Like any other mail order company,
we are only obligated to collect sales tax for the state where we have a
location. You will need to voluntarily pay the appropriate sales tax to
your own state government if due.

How long until I receive my order?
Delivery time may vary depending on the item(s)
that you are purchasing and the shipping method you choose. The average
time for a diamond alone is between 3 to 5 business days because Executive
Diamond Service laser inscribes the certification number on the girdle of
the diamond you buy to give you life long assurance your diamond is the
one you bought. Items that need to be assembled and set may take fan
additional five to ten business days to ship, depending on the complexity

Do you have a trade-up or buy-back program?
Unless the diamond you buy is returned and
upgraded during the initial 30-day period of our return policy, we do not
offer a buy- back program.

If I buy a diamond and setting, will I receive
a ring that is set and is there a charge for setting?
We make sure your diamond is properly set for
you by an expert jeweler and your ring is properly sized. You'll receive
the finished ring in a special gift box and package. We do this for you at
no additional charge.

I am interested in a certain ring, but would
it be available in another type of metal?
Even though it may not be shown, many of the
items are available in various metals such as 14 karat yellow or white
gold, 18 karat yellow or white gold or platinum. Please contact your

the metal you want.

We do not produce a catalog. We have the
complete line of Leo Ingwer, Inc. available on line for your selection
convenience and can also do custom designs. Ingwer is the ring and pendant
supplier to many of the retail jewelry stores across the US.

Do you provide appraisals?
Executive
Diamond Service gives you a cost based appraisal performed for insurance
purposed. This keeps your premium to a minimum and recognizes that
insurance companies will generally only reimburse you for your cost basis.
You can have a local appraisal performed at retail price but we feel this
unnecessarily raises your insurance premiums, however, if this helps your
peace of mind related to your purchase we highly recommend this step!

Shipping Information
What shipping options are available?
When
it comes to shipping, we use only the best to guarantee the safe and
prompt arrival of your purchase. Everything we ship is fully insured and,
as a precaution, we urge all customers to inspect your package for damage
or tampering before signing for receipt. Insured Shipping on all orders
from Executive Diamond service is FREE within the Continental US (check
with your executive consultant for International, Hawaii or Alaska
orders). We use
USPS
Registered Mail which generally arrives within 2 to 7 business days (not
including weekends).
If you want quicker delivery you
may choose to pay for shipping charges by working with your executive
consultant.
For
your protection, an adult signature is required for all shipments,
regardless of any signed waivers you may have with FedEx or other carrier.
Also,
we will ship only to a street address, not a P.O. Box address.
If
you are unable to be available for signature on a weekday, we can arrange
a Saturday delivery for an additional fee. Call 1-8xx-xxx-xxxx and your
executive consultant will arrange this for you.

Is there a shipping guarantee?
We guarantee that your
purchase will arrive in perfect condition and that you will be delighted
along with anyone receiving your purchase as a gift. However, if for any
reason your order does not meet with your satisfaction, simply return it
to us for a prompt, courteous replacement, exchange or refund according to
our guarantee policy.
If your item is damaged through shipping,
please hold the merchandise and the package it came in. Contact the
delivering carrier (US mail or UPS, Fedex) to arrange for an inspection
and then notify us.

Is it safe to receive a diamond in the mail?
We only use insured carriers, specifically
UPS, FedEx or the US postal service. All shipments are insured for the
full value of their contents until signed for by the recipient.

Can I have my purchase go to an address other
than my billing address?
Since jewelry is often given for engagement
or another special occasion, we will be extremely flexible to help you
create a wonderful surprise. We can expedite your delivery for a
fast-approaching special occasion, or we can ship your order to an
address other than your home to
help you maintain your surprise. Or perhaps you will not be home to sign
for your order; we can ship your order to your place of work, or another
more convenient destination.
Contact your executive consultant
for any special requests.
We will be happy to ship to any address you
wish after your executive consultant has verified your billing address. In
some cases your credit card company or issuing bank may require you to add
this address to your account. As a
security precaution to protect our customers against fraud, when you order
merchandise to be delivered to a destination other than your billing
address, we will confirm that your credit card or financing company has
this alternate shipping address on file. To help expedite your order,
simply call your issuing bank and provide them with your alternate
shipping address.

Are you able to ship to AFO/FPO addresses?
Yes. We will ship via USPS. We gladly ship to
AFO/FPO addresses in appreciation for the service that the members of the
Armed Forces perform for this country.
Executive Diamonds uses USPS, because of
their reliability in shipping to military locations around the world. From
that point on, we depend on the military postal service to deliver the
package to you in a timely manner. Because APO & FPO orders must be
processed through the military postal service, it may take your package a
bit more time to arrive. We cannot provide a tracking number or specific
delivery date. If you are already familiar with sending packages to APO &
FPO addresses, you can probably expect your order to arrive in about the
same amount of time.
Please note that for APO and FPO orders we
require payment in the form of wire transfer and we also require extra
time for processing.

Do you ship internationally?
We only ship within the United States. However
we are able to ship to international customers after they have set up an
